
Our cocktail menu is a vibrant journey through Latin America — each drink is inspired by a country, its unique landscapes, cultural stories, or native ingredients. We’ve brought together flavours from across the continent, crafting a narrative that celebrates Latin American heritage in every glass.
We set out to transport our guests straight into the heart of Latin America. The flavours are bold, exotic, and truly unique to Leeds, delivering an authentic and immersive experience that you won’t find anywhere else. Every cocktail tells a story, inviting guests to explore a new culture with every sip.
Corazón & Alma is our standout cocktail. The smoky mezcal, combined with charred corn, offers a bold and unexpected flavour profile that truly captures the soul of Latin America. It’s complex, memorable, and unlike anything else in the city.
The feedback has been overwhelmingly positive. Our pineapple daiquiri made with house infused pineapple rum, is the current best-seller. Surprisingly Mariposa- featuring cachaça, a lesser-known Brazilian spirit- has emerged as a guest favourite. Its success has been unexpected, especially considering how rare cachaça is in the UK, but guests love its fresh and fruity flavour profile.

We’ve incorporated several unique elements into the cocktail presentation including: Aromatic smoke to enhance both flavour and atmosphere, flaming garnishes for visual impact, and house-infused rums and homemade syrups to ensure authenticity and depth of flavour.
We plan to revisit the menu seasonally. While guest favourites will remain, other cocktails will rotate to introduce new stories, seasonal ingredients, and fresh perspectives.
