Terms and conditions of Azotea Giveaway 
'Win 2 Tickets to the Grand Opening'

Eligibility
This competition is open to individuals aged 18 or over who are legal residents of the United Kingdom, excluding employees of AZOTEA, their families, agents, or anyone else professionally connected with the competition.

Competition Period
The competition begins on 17th March 2025 and ends on 24th March 2025 at 12pm.

How to Enter
To enter the competition, participants must:
Like the designated Instagram post.
Comment on the post tagging at least one friend.
Reshare the post to their Instagram Story and tag @AZOTEAleeds in the story.

Prize
One winner will receive two (2) tickets to AZOTEA’s grand opening event on 27th March 2025. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other goods or services.

Winner Selection and Notification
The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received during the competition period. The winner will be notified via direct message on Instagram within 1 day after the competition ends. The winner must respond within 1 day of notification to claim the prize. If no response is received, a new winner will be selected.

Claiming the Prize
The winner must provide their full name and contact details for digital ticket distribution. Additional terms and conditions may apply to the event itself.

Publicity
By entering this competition, the winner agrees to participate in publicity and allow AZOTEA to use their name and image for promotional purposes related to the competition, including on AZOTEA's social media accounts, without additional compensation.

Data Protection
Any personal data provided by the entrants will only be used for the purpose of this competition and in accordance with AZOTEA's Privacy Policy. Data will not be shared with third parties, except for the purpose of delivering the prize.

General Conditions
AZOTEA reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition or these Terms and Conditions without notice due to circumstances beyond our control.
In the event of a dispute, AZOTEA’s decision will be final.
By entering the competition, participants agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.

This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Instagram. By entering, participants acknowledge that they are providing their information to AZOTEA, not to Instagram.

Force Majeure
AZOTEA shall not be held responsible for any failure to fulfill the competition due to events beyond its control, including but not limited to force majeure events.
